Illustrating Wildlings, by Helen Glover & Steve Backshall

I’m very pleased to announce that I’ll be illustrating the new book by two-time Olympic rowing champion Helen Glover and wildlife and adventure broadcaster Steve Backshall! Wildlings is the “ultimate handbook for raising wilder, happier, muddier, more resilient kids – whatever the weather and wherever you live.”

Clocking in at over 100 illustrations with a turnaround time of about a month it was a bit of a beast to work on but ultimately, it was a really rewarding process. I’m really looking forward to being able to share the illustrations with you and talk further about the process behind them when the book is released. For now, here’s the placeholder cover:
